Cannot connect or even run SQL directly in the Supabase dashboard:

GBcrazy is experiencing connection issues in the us-west-2 region, with services like Database, PostgREST, Auth, and Storage showing as unhealthy. They are unable to run SQL queries in the Supabase dashboard due to a connection timeout error. Terry Sutton suggests it might be project related, as there are no known issues in that region.

Sounds project related. Nothing known happening in that region at the moment. Does a restart fix it?
