Per-tenant usage is one of those things people ignore until one customer quietly becomes the cost center. The first thing I would want to see is how you separate “billing accurate enough” from “debug accurate.” For billing, founders need stable numbers they can explain to customers. For debugging, they need messy detail: which table, endpoint, storage bucket, or job created the spike. If the tool can show both views, that is much more useful than just a dashboard.
