Sorry, heres the auth logs. as for the ' Auth Server degraded error as I don't know what that is.' i was reffereing to the explanation of the 500 error from the docs

I recognise that you can only send 2 or 3 emails an hour but i have been trying to solve this for multiple hours and its still not working. is that image what you meant by auth logs? Apologies if not
