Figma Make
Overview
Overview
Figma Make is Figma's prompt-to-app tool, turning ideas and existing Figma designs into functional, interactive web apps with nothing but natural-language instructions. It's built for designers and product teams who want to go from concept to working prototype without writing code.
Prototypes are only as convincing as the data behind them. The Figma Make integration gives your prototypes a real Supabase backend, so instead of stopping at static screens, you can ship apps with authentication, persistent storage, and secure connections to external APIs. Just describe what you need in plain language, and Supabase handles the setup behind the scenes.
Once connected, the integration lets you add user sign-in with email/password, magic links, or social logins like Google and GitHub, with Supabase ensuring people only ever see their own data. You can store and retrieve app data through built-in key-value storage, add file uploads for images, PDFs, and other assets with access control built in, and securely connect to external services like OpenAI, Spotify, or LinkedIn with key management handled for you. Supabase projects can be reused across multiple Figma Make files, and everything stays manageable from your Supabase dashboard whenever you want more control.
